Yes, there is a minimum of 25 worker licences per subscription.
Yes, at any time. Employer Admins can upgrade directly inside the platform from the Admin > Billing page. The change takes effect immediately and you are charged the pro-rata difference for the remainder of the billing period.
Annual plans are based on count at billing time. If your workforce grows, adjust your plan. We bill fairly.
Annual plans include zero setup fee. Monthly plans carry a one-off setup fee of £1,000 for Essential and £1,500 for Complete. This covers onboarding and configuration and is charged on your first invoice.
If you have 500+ workers, need SSO, additional SLA commitments, hardware compatibility (annual plans only), or custom integrations, talk to us. Contact enterprise@attendiq.co.uk.
Your supply chain companies use AttendIQ free. You pay the per-worker fee as part of your subscription, and any subcontractors you invite get their own portal at no extra cost. Their workers are included in your licence.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use row-level security to isolate every organisation's data. Hosted in AWS eu-west-2 (London). UK GDPR compliant.
